OFI just inaugurated a new State of the Art production area dedicated to Solid productions.
The new production area has been created after an analysis of efficiency and rationalization of the production site and has been built following the best standards of the industry and adhering to GMP principles as it is in all the production facilities.
In this area we produce tablets, capsules and the powders caps used in the famous and super requested bi-phase a tri-phase vials.
Many advanced formulations such as probiotics are produced in the form of bi and tri-phases bottles: powder and liquid together in one product!
The investment of the new production area will help even more the company and the group to be able to produce different batch quantities giving the maximum flexibility to the customers.
The area has a dedicated warehouse for raw materials, a room dedicated to weighting, one for mixing, one for filling and for pressing, two for filling reservoir caps and a washing room.
In this way we are able to provide to customers maximum efficiency, flexibility and time to market.
It was a challenging task: the production never stopped during the work phase, thanks to the versatility of the site.
