Environmental hygiene: The complete production cycle and associated processes of chemical, physical and microbiological testing on semi-finished products before filling and packaging take place within O.F.I. Hygiene and environmental aspects are one of the most important aspects of O.F.I.’s company policy. The production area contains a class 100,000 centralized air conditioning and ultrafiltration system and, in addition, two class 1000 cleanrooms equipped with a laminar flow air ultrafiltration system for working under sterile conditions.

Production standards benefit from a new inverse osmosis plant, which produces extremely pure water, and a technologically advanced water purification system. The constant purity of the water is guaranteed by a permanently connected, dedicated emergency system.
